Is Hello Kitty childish?

I’m 15, a girl, and I’m going to be a sophomore in high school (10th grade).
I personally love Hello Kitty. I’m not crazy obsessed where I have Hello Kitty all over my bedroom but I was wondering if Hello Kitty school supplies are childish. Not a backpack or anything but some notebooks that have Hello Kitty on them and pencils and stuff. I think they’re really cute but I don’t want to get picked on. So are they childish or no? Just so you know, a lot of girls at my school carry designed notebooks and stuff, not just solid colors. Thanks.

I see plenty of girls at college with Hello Kitty stuff. And my boyfriend recently bought me a Hello Kitty hair tie and pair of barrettes and offered to get a Hello Kitty logo on his credit card. (I prefer Chococat though) No one should say anything to you unless you have everything Hello Kitty.
